She is survived by: her mother Nancy Sloane (Ascani); her children, Michael Chambers, Jaxon Soeters and Chase Soeters (Emery Soeters); her sister Courtney Luyando (John); her grandmother Thelma Bittner; and her nieces and nephews, Adyson Luyando, Greyson Luyando, Adyen Schilling, Lucas Schilling and Sawyer Lanata.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her children's education fund.
