He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Butler (Hull). He is survived by: his father Robert E. Butler (Josephine); his wife Joanie Butler; his daughter Kelly Henri (Sean); his grandsons, Brian, Connor and Owen; his siblings, Barry Butler (Diane), Mary Schneider (Rick), Martha Curran (Steve), Kathy Hynds (Sam) and Susan; and his brother-in-law Terry Deyo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
