Though Carol may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carol touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Funaro and Theresa Palmieri Funaro. She is survived by: her daughter Cathleen Waters of Buffalo, N. Y; her grandchildren, Patrick (Erin), Elyse, Dylan and Nicholas; and her brothers, Edmund Funaro (Janet) of Cheshire and Raymond Funaro (Gladys) of Madison. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
