He was predeceased by: his wife Greta Wium (Sorensen); his parents, Wilhelm Wium and Nina Wium; and his grandson John Ryan Wium. He is survived by: his children, Norman Wium of Cheshire and Vanessa Wium Dacunto of Cheshire; and his grandchildren, Matthew Wium, Karen Belmont, Kristian Wium, Jim Dacunto Jr., Krista Casso, Marc Wium and Jack Wium. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
