He was predeceased by : his wife Patricia Turner (Williams); his parents, Marvin Turner and Nancy Turner (Parker); and his sister Marsha Wheeler. He is survived by : his children, Jeffrey Turner (Megan) of Wolcott and Stephanie Morgigno (Paul) of Cheshire; his sister Donna Aston (Peter); and his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Emily and Hailey.
