He was predeceased by: his wife Angela Picarelli (Perrone); his parents, Thomas Picarelli and Mary Picarelli (Lucian); and his brothers, Paul and Thomas Picarelli.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Picarelli (Emma) of Plantsville and Rosemary Picarelli (Chris Rich) of Waterbury; his brother Robert Picarelli of Waterbury; his siblings-in-law, Doreen Ruey (Richard) of Plantsville and Michael Perrone (Rosemary) of Wolcott; and his nephew Kevin Ruey (Rachael) of Severance, CO..
