It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Lee Strange of Cheshire, Connecticut, who passed away on January 21, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Strange; her parents, Lebro Fracchia and Emily Fracchia (Pillard); her sister Nancy McKinney; and her brother-in-law Russ McKinney.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Strange (Valerie) of Cheshire, Marcy Nedder (Arthur) of Glastonbury, Glenn Strange (Melissa) of Glastonbury and Loryn Strange (Bruno Marini) of Essex; her grandchildren, Craig Strange (Courtney Gagnon), Taylor Strange (Stephen Carlett), Katie, Mikayla Nedder, Ashley LaFargue (Steven), Christoper, Michael Strange, Connor, Emma and Lila Watkinson; and her great grandchild Harper LaFargue.
