Craig Thorne wrote a sympathy message

“Dr. John Pito was an exceptional physician & he created a positive & cheerful workplace, providing a lot of humor to others in his day-to-day work. John was extremely knowledgeable & took time to educate others, including the new generation of clinicians. Last week he reflected on how happy he was to return to the Hamden clinic & how much he appreciated his team even more than ever. We will miss our friend dear friend. Our thoughts & prayers go out to Jessie and his family. - Craig Thorne, M.D.”
