He was predeceased by: his parents, James McAndrew and Catherine McAndrew. He is survived by: his wife Carol McAndrew (Follo); his children, Michelle McAndrew Nash (Justin) of Cheshire and Joseph McAndrew Jr. (Andrea) of Cheshire; his grandchildren, Emily McAndrew, Jake Procanik, Sophie McAndrew, Jami Procanik, Sarah McAndrew, Logan Nash, Morgan Nash and Reese Nash; and his brother James McAndrew of West Hartford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home (615 S Main St, Cheshire, CT 06410). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
