She is survived by: her husband John Louis Rowinski; her daughters, Leigh Anne and Jamie Lynn Rowinski of Cheshire; her brother Warren DeLibro; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Rowinski (Sands). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Judith Rowinski Scholarship Award with St Bridgets Catholic School in Cheshire CT.
