He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Barker; his stepmother Erlene Barker; and his sister Carol Rhodes (Joe). He is survived by: his wife Delores Barker; his son Kenneth Barker; and his brother Dennis Barker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
