He was predeceased by: his parents, Marius Olesen and Elizabeth Olesen (Downes); his brothers, William and Theodore; and his nieces, Debbie and Amy.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Kim (Steven) and Michael (Susan); his grandchildren, Julia, Sydney, Christopher, Marina, Alessandra, Joseph of Luke, TJ and Jesse; and his great grandchild Aurora. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cheshire Challengers.
