It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary L. (Zentek) Galko (Cheshire, Connecticut), who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Galko Sr.; her parents, Pawel Zentek and Aniela Zentek (Jablonski); and her siblings, Michael Zentek, Paul Zentek, Stanley Zentek, Joseph Zentek, Frank Zentek, Anna Cardo, Stella Behrmann and Helen Petrowski.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Galko, Anthony Galko (Cheryl), Loie St. John (Larry), Gayle Galko-McNamara (Richy) and Walter Galko Jr. (Cindy); her sister Louise Curry; her grandchildren, Tony Jr., Nick, Erica, Mandy, Brittany and David; and her caregivers, Celia, Maria, Cherie and Beverly. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
