It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Ellen Starr of Cheshire, Connecticut, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward D. Tobin and Margaret M. Tobin (Treloar). She is survived by: her husband William P. "Bill" Starr; her daughter Margaret Reilly (Thomas) of Waterbury; her friend Rose Reilly of Hamden; and her siblings-in-law, Suzanne Musco of Norwich, Virginia St. Hilaire of Dunellen, NJ and Richard M. Starr (Joan) of Chevy Chase, MD.
