He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Shepard (Anderson); and his parents, Roger Shepard and Ruth Shepard (Hoyt). He is survived by: his daughter Lynne Provost (Bill); his grandsons, Eric and Jonathan; and his grandchildren-in-law, Tristan and Shawna. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
