She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas A. Sienkowski Sr.; her parents, Thomas Vitagliano and Rose Vitagliano (Rygelski); her children, Gerald Jude and Connie Klanica; and her grandson John Holsworth.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Sienkowski Jr. (Nancy) and Andrea Holsworth (Ted Holsworth) of Prospect; her son-in-law Brian Klanica; her siblings, Roberta Connell (Vitagliano), Nancy Woodmansee (Vitagliano) and Thomas Vitagliano; her grandchildren, Rich (Jackie Sienkowski), Tommy Sienkowski III, Cali McGinn, Krissy (Jordan Dorsey), Justin Klanica, Allie Holsworth, Josh Blinstrabus and Ben Klanica; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Caitlin, Gavin, Sloane, James and Tommy IV.
