With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia Platt of Cheshire, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patricia left this world on July 12, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Thomas Platt Sr.; her parents, G. Bradley Thompson and Marion Welch Thompson; and her children, Lynn Lyman and Brian Platt.
She is survived by: her children, William Platt Jr. (Laura Pinciaro), Karen Ripa (Scott) and Bradley Platt; her grandchildren, Kelly Valente (Joseph) and Adam Ripa (Emma); her great grandchildren, Josephine, Gabrielle, Abigail Ripa, Cooper and Ryan Valente; and her sister Carol Jones.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (115 Pond Hill Rd, Wallingford, CT 06492).
