He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Carlson Sullivan; his sons, Patrick J. Sullivan III and William C. Sullivan; his sisters, Debra Raboin (Robert) and Anne Eastman (Rory); his mother-in-law MaryAnn Carlson; his siblings-in-law, Christine Pegolo (Wayne), Glenn Carlson, Jr. (Terri) and Robert Carlson (Jill); his nieces and nephews, Amy (Jason), Beth, Caroline, Kyle, Courtney (Michael), John, Alyssa and Christopher; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor, Patrick, Samantha, Bobby, Ellie and Aiden; his cousin Joe Pelehach (Amy); and his pet Finn.
