He is survived by: his sons, Ralph Costanzo of Prospect and Philip Jr. Costanzo (Kristy) of Cheshire; the mother of his children Karen Santa Maria of Cheshire; his brother Robert Costanzo (Sandi) of North Haven; and his grandchildren, Ruthie, Vincent, Calisa, Gabriella and Gianna.
