It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Rubbo of Cheshire, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Pearsall and Mable Pearsall (Fraser); and her brother-in-law Brian Reinhard. She is survived by: her spouse Patsy Rubbo; her daughters, Charlene Dusek (David) and Linda Conte (Paul); her siblings, Roger Pearsall (Barbara) and Joanne Reinhard; and her grandchildren, Charles, Lindsay Dusek and Paul "PJ" Conte. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
