He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Thompson and Helen Blinn (O'Reilly). He is survived by: his daughter Yvonne Thompson Slowik (Rick) of Cheshire; his wife Yvonne Thompson (Sefa) of Cheshire; his children, Patricia Magrin of Darien and Francis Thompson of Branford; and his grandchildren, Erica Magrin of Stamford and Ricky Slowik of Cheshire. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home (615 S Main St, Cheshire, CT 06410). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Bridget of Sweden Church (175 Main St, Cheshire, CT 06410).
