She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Pavlik; her parents, James Scott and Helen Scott (Collins); her daughter Tanya; and her pet Scooter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Ells (Richard) of York, ME, Jana Gurzenda (Mike, Sr.) of Plantsville and Karla Ryan (Mark) of Watertown; her sisters, Sylvia Scott, Helen Scott and Christine Siegel; her grandchildren, Peter Ryan (Rachel), Mary, Jack, Noah Ryan, Melissa and Mickey Gurzenda; her pets, Ziva Ells and Molly Ryan; and her friends, Steve, Roberta Lasek of Meriden and Deb Killingbeck of Plantsville. She is also survived by great-grandchild due in August; many nieces and nephews.
