He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Diane Mancini. He is survived by: his parents, John H. Monroe and Fonda Marie Monroe (Drew); his wife Jennifer Margaret Monroe (Fell); his siblings, Jay Monroe (Joann) and Susan DePaolo (Chris); his daughters, Libbi and Mei Monroe; his stepchildren, Jeffrey and Kaylee Fell; his nieces, Krystal Meier, Olivia Geurtsen, Hailey Monroe, Mallory DePaolo and Charlotte DePaolo; and his father-in-law Alan Mancini.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire (615 S Main St, Cheshire, CT 06410). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tom's name may be made to the Cheshire Food Pantry 175 Sandbank Road Cheshire, CT 06410 or to the Connecticut Cancer Foundation 15 North Main Street Old Saybrook, CT 06475.
