Tracey S. Koff Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tracey S. Koff of Cheshire, Connecticut, who passed away on January 18, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren M. Stephan and Almira Stephan (Forster). She is survived by: her husband Michael T. Koff; her children, Sarah Focarile (Mark) of Southington and Nicholas Koff of Los Angeles, California.; her grandsons, Benjamin, Nathan and Jackson Focarile; and her sisters, Wendy Manciagli (John) of Jensen Beach, Melanie Del Sole (Michael) of Middletown and Tammy Nettleton of Tulsa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Five P minus society (fivepminus.org) or to the Meriden Soup Kitchen in Tracey's memory.
