He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Rowe and Thelma Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Rowe; his sister Lorraine Allaby of Rhode Island; his sibling's children, Heather Buckley and Craig Allaby; and his great-nephews, Steven and James.
