He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaclovas Kuzmickas and Valerie Kuzmickas (Melaikyte). He is survived by: his wife Susanne Kuzmickas (Cass); his daughter Melisa Pritchard (Owen); his grandchildren, Molly, Cassidy and Jake; and his children, Jennifer Kuzmickas and Stephen Kuzmickas.
