He is survived by: his brothers, Donald Hoffman of New Jersey and Harvey Hoffman of Colorado; his cousin Sandra Shaul; his niece Marla Hoffman; his great-nephew Leo Silverman; and his close friends, Laura Roman, Henry Resnikoff, Ali Rosenblum, Sandy Seidman and Wendy Bayor.
