He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonette Alfiero and Joseph Alfiero Sr.; and his wife Diana Marcinek Alfiero. He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Alfiero (Maureen) and Brian Alfiero (Dorise); his grandchildren, Toni Alfiero (Abigail), Anna Alfiero and Joseph Alfiero (Haylie); his great grandchildren, Cooper and Montgomery; and his friend Maryanne Fisher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Swan Funeral Home (80 E Main St, Clinton, CT 06413). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (28 Parker Hill Rd Ext, Killingworth, CT 06419).
