He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Castor and Elizabeth Castor (Smith); and his brother David. He is survived by: his siblings, Darrell Castor (Debbie) of East Haddam, Dane Castor (Sherry) of Middlefield, Dawn Castor of Guilford and Darlene Ravid of North Haven; and his nieces and nephews, Teresa, Mary, Megan, Noel, Kirsten, Scott, Nate, Mark and Jerrod. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
