He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Hewes and Lucile Hewes (Dolley); and his daughter Deborah Freeland. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Hollister; and his sons, Scott Stedman (Bruce Hewes) and Lewis Hewes (Joshua Hewes). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and many extended family members and friends.
