He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Waters (Cormier) and Allan Waters; the mother of his children Elaine Waters (Pepin); and his brothers, Allan Waters (Elizabeth) of Scotland and Dana Waters.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Waters (Wiegersma); his sons, Dan A. Waters (Kim) of Jewett City and Mark A. Waters (Ruby York) of Preston; his stepson William H. Allyn (Sonya) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Cormac, Devon, Conrad and Marissa; and his daughter-in-law Susan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gagne-Piechowski Funeral Home (490 Voluntown Rd, Griswold, CT 06351). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (34 N Main St, Jewett City, CT 06351).
