John Sawchuk Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 22, 2026, at the age of 64, John Sawchuk of Colchester, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Walter Henry Sawchuk; and his brother Walter Sawchuk (Corky). He is survived by: his mother Dolores Sawchuk (Bengston) of Colchester; his brothers, William Sawchuk of Colchester and Charles Sawchuk (Sherrie) of Canterbury; and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Matthew, Amanda, Madeline, Cameron and Olivia. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.

Donations can be made to the Colchester Federated Church or the Bacon Academy Trustees for building restorations.
