We bid farewell to Joyce L. Phillips of Colchester, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 26, 2025 at the age of 86. Joyce touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Phillips; her parents, Andrew Glidie and Lilyan Glidie (Barnowski); her sisters, Gladys Pottinger, Andrea Glidie and Janice Santini; and her niece Lyn-Ann Felber.
She is survived by: her children, Korin M. Phillips (Erik Randlov) of Colchester and Robert A. Phillips (Betty Phillips) of Aliso Viejo, CA; her grandchildren, Nicholas Obey of Colchester, Jessica Obey of Marlborough and Hunter Phillips; and her stepgranddaughters, Kristen Sparrow, Lauren Heon, Katelyn Faski and Jordyn Randlov of Colchester. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the Joyce Phillips Memorial Scholarship fund will be established to honor her memory.
