We bid farewell to Peter Sielman (Colchester, Connecticut), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 2, 2025 at the age of 92. Peter touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Peter leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Peter may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Richard and Otty Marie Sielman (Wexler). He is survived by: his wife Ann Bailey Stoddard; his children, Martha Sielman (David Shaiken), Richard (Dana Sielman), Rebecca Sielman (Charlie Kuchenbrod) and Drs; and his great grandchildren, Dashamir, Charlotte and Annabelle. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Peter's memory may be made to Salem Volunteer Fire Company or to Gardner Lake Volunteer Fire Company, who have always been there to help Peter and Ann in times of need.
