He was predeceased by: his mother Terri Charlebois (Erdos). He is survived by: his father Timothy Charlebois of Middletown; his wife Ashya Lineberry; his children, Todd A. Jr. "TJ", Tegan Charlebois and Maddie Kuritz of Salem; his grandparents, Nancy and Lamont Charlebois of North Carolina; and his brothers, Jeffrey of Middletown and Tyler Charlebois of Middletown. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
