He is survived by: his wife Jean Anderson; his sons, Eric Otfinoski, William (Naomi Murata Otfinoski), Nathan Otfinoski and Tyler (Marissa Otfinoski); his grandchildren, Hope, Ryder and Colin; and his sister Bernadette Bennett (Phillip Bennett).
