She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Firmender and Irene Firmender (Misencik) of Stratford, CT.; her brother Michael Firmender; and her nephews, Matthew Firmender and Neil Landwehr.

She is survived by: her husband John Wallace; her children, J. Wallace (Isabelle) and Marisa Wallace (David Cividanes); her grandchildren, Julia Cividanes and Elwood Wallace; her siblings, Judith Hines of Milford, CT and James Firmender (Sandra) of Lititz, PA; her siblings-in-law, Jacqueline (James Landwehr) of Summit, NJ and Phillip Wallace (Stephanie) of Bernardsville, NJ; and her aunt Margaret Lemanski. She is also survived by cousins, and many nephews, nieces, their children, and grandchildren.
