He is survived by: his wife Dianne (Grover); his daughter Julia Johnson (Henry); his grandchildren, Eliza, Caroline and Phipps; his siblings, Jill Rech, Jeff Howles (Kee) and Karen Howles Boehm (David); and his sister-in-law Laurie Johnson (Mark).
