He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy and Annabell. He is survived by: his wife Toni Gale Spinner (Bergeron); and his brothers, Clifford (Beth Spinner) of Columbia and Carl (Kathleen Spinner) of Lebanon. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, godsons, and friends.
