He is survived by: his wife Agnes Dziewaltowski (Bizan) of Coventry; his mother Halina Dziewaltowski (Muchlado); his daughter Annette Kinghorn (Andrew); his grandchildren, Everett and Avielle; his child Kris Dziewaltowski (Heather); his grandchildren, Hailey and Madilynne; his daughter Amy Salcedo (Luis); his grandson Leon Valentine Salcedo; and his brother Richard.
