He was predeceased by: his father Jozef Dziewaltowski. He is survived by: his wife Agnes Dziewaltowski (Bizan) of Coventry; his mother Halina Dziewaltowski (Muchlado); his daughter Annette Kinghorn (Andrew); his grandchildren, Everett and Avielle; his child Kris Dziewaltowski (Heather); his grandchildren, Hailey and Madilynne; his daughter Amy Salcedo (Luis); his grandson Leon Valentine Salcedo; and his brother Richard.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home (34 Beaver Rd, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ss Cyril & Methodius Church (63 Popieluszko Ct, Hartford, CT 06114).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, 103 Vision Way, Bloomfield, CT 06002.
