He was predeceased by : his parents, John Patulak and Julia Baluk Patulak; and his sister Lillian Laskey. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Ovesne Patulak; his children, Mark Patulak of Vermont, James Patulak (Sandra) of Coventry, CT and Jennifer Turpin of Glendale; and his sister Ann Jones of Shelton, Connecticut. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
