He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lombard and Catherine Lombard (Lasky); his brother-in-law Walter Jeffko; his nephew Walter Jeffko Jr.; and his friend Ken Parzych.

He is survived by: his sister Cathy Jeffko; his nephew Paul; and his nieces, Kathleen and Anne.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Salvation Army or a charity of the donors choice.
