He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Slevin (Tamiola); his siblings, Barbara Helmick (Gary), James Slevin (Anna) and Eileen Zimmerman; his pets, Riley and Tater; and his nieces and nephews, Marc, Brian, Matthew, Daniel, Kevin, Dawn, Melissa, Kerry and Kaitlyn.
