With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Willey of Coventry, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 16, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Warren and Vivian Warren; her brother Dudley Warren; her husbands, Alton G. Taylor and Donald Willey; her nephew Lee Warren; and her niece Donna Jacobson.
She is survived by: her sons, Warren Taylor (Vicki Powers) of Demarest, NJ, Jeffrey Taylor of Coventry, CT, Raymond Taylor (Kathy Taylor) of Coventry, CT and James Taylor (José Niño-Taylor) of Boston, MA.; and her grandchildren, Courtney Rae Taylor (Jacob Kenney) of Berwick, ME, Alec Taylor of Manchester, CT, Jackson Taylor of Demarest, NJ and Myles Taylor of Boston, MA.. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Second Congregational Church of North Coventry, CT.
