He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Ryder and Margaret E. Houlihan Ryder. He is survived by: his siblings, John W. Ryder (Christina) of Waterford, William D. Ryder (Marie) of Wallingford, Rosemary Ryder Golia (Alan) of Westerly, RI, Kevin Ryder (Christine) of Hamden, Dennis Ryder (Peggy) of Durham, Marian Ryder Barbiero (Joseph) of Wallingford, Patrice Ryder Crovo (Richard) of Millersville, MD and Christopher Ryder (Lori) of Hamden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
