It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Anne E. Yantz of Cromwell, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 96, on June 18, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Bucknam and Eleanor Bucknam (Morrissey); her husband Harold Yantz; and her siblings, Frank Bucknam and Mary Rotondo.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Susan Yantz) of Berlin and Peggy (Mark Vaghi) of Southbury; and her grandchildren, Steven Yantz (Jillian), Allison Yantz (Matthew), John Vaghi (Diana) and Matthew Vaghi (Nancy). She is also survived by three great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home of Berlin (111 Chamberlain Hwy, Berlin, CT 06037). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Church (5 St Johns Ct, Cromwell, CT 06416). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at the Wilcox Cemetery (273 Berlin St, East Berlin, CT 06023).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Covenant Living of Cromwell or the Berlin Historical Society.
