It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian J. Grogan of Cromwell, Connecticut, who passed away on April 29, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Brian has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his father James Francis Grogan. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Miner Grogan; his siblings, David and Karen; his children, Brian Jr., Meghan, Michael and Daniel; and the parent of his children Kim.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home (1276 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of St. Joseph (140 Farmington Ave, Hartford, CT 06105). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (453 Fairfield Ave, Hartford, CT 06114).
