We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jeanne Norton of Cromwell, Connecticut, born in Middletown, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Larkins Treat and Richard Treat; her husband Fred Norton; her sisters, Janice Ferree and Marjorie Treat; and her nieces, Lynn Violissi and Jane Bradbury.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cherie Norton (Rob LaBrie) of Berlin and Jill Norton (Olcott Snow) of Berlin; her grandchildren, Allison Halvorsen (Luke) of Chicago, IL, Michael Tierney (Christine Vargas) of Cromwell and Benjamin Tierney (Kelli Roberts) of Berlin; and her great grandchildren, Lilia, Ruby Halvorsen, McKenzie and Cora Tierney.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cromwell Funeral Home (506 Main St, Cromwell, CT 06416). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Events Center of Covenant Village (52 Missionary Rd, Cromwell, CT 06416).
