The memory of John F. Prendergast Jr. of Cromwell, Connecticut, who passed away on July 29, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Prendergast Sr. and Sylvia Prendergast; and his brother Joseph Prendergast. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Prendergast; his sons, Jeffrey (Lindsay) and Marc (Kristin); his grandchildren, Avery, Lucas, James and Emma; his sister Catherine (Robert Ksiazek); his siblings-in-law, Linda (Joseph Costello), Philip Corbin and Janet (Todd Cinnamon); and also Jessica Cochrane. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Seton Church (280 Brook St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067).
