He is survived by: his wife Joan Manchester (Anderson); his children, Kelly Scarrozzo, Phil, Brian Manchester (Carolyn) and Bob Manchester (Pam); and his brother Dennis Manchester (Susan). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
